New Rules And Changes For Texas Medical Board’s Renewal

TMB requires at least 12 of the 24 CE credits to be formal courses that are Category A or A+ designated by a Recognized Continuing Education Evaluation Mechanism (RCEEM), such as AHRA, ASRT, or SDMS. TMB allows CPR, BCLS, and ACLS up to 3 CE credit hours per biennium. CE must be completed by the last day of the renewal month (February or August).
