The Department of the Army, Office of General Counsel (Ethics & Fiscal), will provide both live and online annual ethics training for Calendar Year 2017. Annual ethics training is mandatory for all personnel who file a public financial disclosure report (OGE 278e) or a confidential financial disclosure report (OGE 450).
•Caution: If you are not an Army Secretariat employee, check with your servicing ethics office before taking the training to ensure that office will accept this presentation in satisfaction of your annual training requirement. Do not email your certificates of completion to Army OGC as instructed at the end of the presentation.
Annual ethics training is mandatory for all personnel who file an OGE Form 278 or an OGE Form 450. Supervisors may make ethics training mandatory for other personnel. OGC (E&F) will conduct in-person annual ethics training at the Pentagon, primarily for Secretariat personnel.
